Las Piñas LGU launches healthy young minds project

The Las Piñas city government launched a healthy young minds project in response to mental and reproductive health issues of students and youths.

The project themed “Malusog at Matatag na Kabataan Las Piñeros” was spearheaded by the City Health Office (CHO) in coordination with Mayor Imelda Aguilar and Vice-Mayor April Aguilar.

The vice-mayor said the activity, held at Robinsons Place in Las Piñas, was attended by students from different schools and the youth.

Aguilar said activity health experts discussed the city government’s response to mental and reproductive health issues of students and the youth.

She said the local government also distributed free dental kits, massages and make-up session coupons, and other giveaways to the participants.
