The police arrested a man in a shabu buy-bust operation at a tricycle terminal in Taguig on Sept. 2.
Suspect Rasul Ebrahim, 27, was nabbed by the Taguig police’s Drug Enforcement Unit at about 11 p.m. at a tricycle terminal in Triumph, Barangay South Signal.

The police seized five plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, weighing 25 grams with a value of P170,000 and two genuine P100 bills on top of P1,000 boodle money used as buy-bust money.
Ebrahim was arrested for alleged violation of Sections 5 and 11 of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
Section 5 refers to the “sale, trading, administration, dispensation, delivery, distribution and transportation of dangerous drugs and/or controlled precursors and essential chemicals.”
Section 11 is for “possession of dangerous drugs.”
