PDEA seizes P142,000 shabu in Kabankalan City

BACOLOD CITY – The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Negros Occidental arrested a suspected drug pusher in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 6, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental on Thursday, September 28.

The 39-year-old suspect, whose name was withheld by authorities, yielded 21 grams of suspected shabu worth P142,800.

Police Capt. Joelan Vinson, deputy chief of the Kabankalan City Police Station, said the police assisted the PDEA in the operation.

Vinson said the suspect is under their drugs watchlist.

He said the suspect was previously detained at the police station, but he is not privy to the case.
