BSKE candidates join unity walk, covenant signing in Bulacan

More than 1,000 candidates for the 2023 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) in the City of Malolos, Bulacan participated in the unity walk and covenant signing held on Thursday, September 28.

The Unity Walk started in front of the Casa Real Shrine, Paseo del Congreso Street, Barangay Liang, and concluded at the historic Barasoain Church in the City of Malolos, Bulacan.

The Unity Walk and Peace Covenant Signing for a Safe and Peaceful Election aimed to ensure the commitment of candidates to a clean, safe, peaceful, and orderly 2023 BSKE.
 

Col. Relly B. Arnedo, Bulacan police director, led the Unity Walk and Peace Covenant Signing for a Safe and Peaceful Election in partnership with Victory Church, Salaam Advocacy Group, Immaculate Concepcion Parish Cathedral, CADHAM, DILG-Malolos City, DEPED-Malolos, the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting, the Commission on Elections, and the City Government of Malolos.

Also present during the event were Lt.Col. Andrei Anthony Manglo, Malolos City police chief; Imam Omar Sultan; Pastor Clark Bacasno; Pastor Eric Fernandez; Bro. Gardie Castro; Digna Enriquez, and Attorney Julio Nicanor C. Guinto of COMELEC Malolos City.
