Tough love: Uncle turns in teen nephew, 2 friends, for marijuana possession

CAVITE – An uncle turned in his 14-year-old nephew and two other minors to the police for alleged possession of marijuana in Carmona City on Wednesday, Sept. 27.

The Cavite Police Provincial Office (PPO) identified the children in conflict with the law (CICLs) as alias Pau, 14 years old, and alias RJ and alias Renz, both 16 years old.

Confiscated from the CICLs were six plastic sachets containing dried leaves of suspected marijuana with an estimated street value of P216.

The CICLs were referred to the City Social Welfare and Development Office.

The pieces of evidence were turned over to the forensic laboratory for examination.
