Japanese actor Kentaro Sakaguchi to attend 2023 Asia Artist Awards in PH

Popular Japanese actor Kentaro Sakaguchi will be attending the 2023 Asia Artist Awards (AAA) in the Philippines in December.

Sakaguchi (坂口健太郎) has starred in dramas such as "The 13 Lords of the Shogun," "Dr. Chocolate," "Code Japan: The Price of Wishes.”

The Asia Artist Awards will be held on Dec. 14 at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan, the first time that the country will be hosting the event.

The AAA previously announced that sibling duo AKMU will be appearing at the awards ceremony.

There are now a total of 49 total singers and actors who have confirmed their attendance at the 2023 AAA to date including Filipino boy bands SB19 and HORI7ON.

The AAA will be held for the first time in the Philippines since it started in 2016.

The 2023 AAA is presented by Pulp Live World, Star News, and TONZ Entertainment.
