PWDs, solo parents, LGBTQA members get livelihood assistance

Members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, and their allies (LGBTQA) community, solo parents, and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) stand to benefit from the livelihood program of Senator Allan Peter Cayetano in Parañaque City.
Mayor Eri Olivarez said the city government conducted an orientation for the qualified beneficiaries of the livelihood program which is a joint project if the city government, through the office of Councilor Ryan Yllana, and the office of Sen. Cayetano.
The orientation was held on Wednesday, Sept. 27, at the Valley 5 covered court in barangay San Antonio.
The 120 beneficiaries of the program will each receive P15,000 in October for them to use in starting their own businesses.
Olivarez thanked Sen. Cayetano and Councilor Yllana for providing livelihood opportunities to city residents, particularly the PWDs, solo parents, and LGBTQA members.
