Fake dentist, 10 others nabbed in Bulacan


Bulacan police operatives apprehended 11 law violators, including an alleged fake dentist and wanted persons, in a series of anti-criminality operations launched in the province on Tuesday, Sept. 26, and Wednesday, Sept. 27. 

According to the reports of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Bulacan Provincial Field Unit and Bulakan police, the entrapment operation against an alleged fake dentist was conducted in Barangay Sta. Ana, Bulakan.

The suspect, Rosemary Jarce "Marry" Vinas, a resident of the said village, was allegedly practicing dentistry without a license. 

A criminal complaint for violation of Republic Act 9484 (the Philippine Dental Act of 2007) is being prepared for filing against the arrested suspect.

Meanwhile, the tracker teams of Bulacan 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC), Santa Maria, Plaridel, Pulilan, Angat, and Malolos police arrested seven individuals with court-issued warrants of arrest, including one of Bicol Region’s Most Wanted Persons (MWP) for the crime of murder.

Joint manhunt operations conducted by the tracker teams of Bulacan 2nd PMFC and San Miguel Municipal Police Station Virac Catanduanes in San Rafael, Bulacan, arrested most wanted person Pio Tropel Valenzuela, also known as “Allan Valenzuela,” a resident of Mapulang Lupa, Pandi, Bulacan. 

Also apprehended were Leonardo Santos Jr. for the crime of rape; and one alias “Pareng Lanzkie”, a member of Zapata Criminal Group, for robbery with homicide.

All the arrested individuals are presently under the custody of the arresting units or stations.

The Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of San Jose Del Monte, San Miguel, and Plaridel Police nabbed three drug dealers who were included in the Philippine National Police/Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PNP/PDEA) drugs watchlist.

The suspects were identified as Edward Fiel alias “Daga” of Sitio Gulod, Brgy. Proper, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan; Jay-R Garcia of Brgy. Sibul, San Miguel, Bulacan; and Oriel Ajero Jr. alias “JR” of Purok 1, Brgy. Parulan, Plaridel, Bulacan. 

Recovered from the arrested suspects were a total of 13.5 grams of suspected shabu with a standard price of P91,800. 

The arrested suspects and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit for examination.

Criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) against the suspects are being prepared for filing in court.
