5 fall in Baguio drug den raid

BAGUIO CITY – Five suspected drug personalities were arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Cordillera in a drug den in San Carlos Heights, Irisan, here on Tuesday, September 26.

PDEA-Cordillera Director Julius Paderes identified the suspects as Myra Ruiz, Ulysses Deasis, Bon Jovi Jovellana, Ace Amigo, and Mark Laurence Buncag.

The suspects yielded 10 grams of suspected shabu with a standard drug price of P68,000 and drug paraphernalia and are temporarily under the custody of PDEA-Cordillera.

Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, are being prepared against the suspects.
