SAN VICENTE, Ilocos Sur – A construction worker was gunned down in Barangay Bayubay Norte here on Sunday night, September 25.
Police identified the victim as Renan Lofredo Revoltiado, 41, a resident of Barangay San Julian Norte, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.
The victim was shot with a caliber .45 pistol based on the recovered empty shell from the crime scene.
Investigators are reviewing closed-circuit television cameras in the area to identify the suspect.
