Taguig's No. 2 most wanted person arrested

Police arrested a man tagged as the No. 2 most wanted person who is facing a criminal case for acts of lasciviousness in Taguig. 

Joel De Mesa was nabbed by the police in Barangay Upper Bicutan. He was nabbed based on a warrant of arrest for a criminal case issued by Presiding Judge Byron San Pedro of the Taguig Family Court Branch 15. Bail was set at P200,000.

De Mesa is the Taguig police’s No. 2 most wanted person for the month of September. 

He is detained at the Taguig police’s custodial facility pending the issuance of an order from the court.
