QUBE rolls out digital smart locker in the Philippines

QUBE Smart Technology Corp., a Filipino-owned IT company, unveiled its latest products and services at the Grand Launch of the Philippines' First Fully Functional 360° Digital Smart Locker Technology held at Glorietta Palm Drive Activity Center in Makati City recently.

QUBE Founder, President, and CEO Elcid Lao led the reveal of the latest Gen-3 Locker, which features Standard and Max Main Lockers plus an RFID/NFC Reader, QR/Barcode Scanner, Control Panel Display, Bill Acceptor, and a power bank station.

Lao also introduced the First Mile and FOOD locker to offer customers and partners a streamlined first mile and food delivery process. The Digital Smart Lockers are now powered by PANDORA 2.0, a proudly Pinoy-made IoT System that increases the efficiency, productivity, and security of QUBE's 360° Digital Service Solutions such as WASH, DROP, FOOD, KEEP, along with its new MOVE and PAY services.

With PANDORA, customers can easily enjoy express laundry with WASH Service, safely receive parcels and food deliveries through the DROP and FOOD Service, access the Smart Locker 24/7 to store personal belongings via the KEEP Service, on-demand delivery through the brand-new MOVE Service or top-up beepTM cards via the PAY Service.

Lao also gave a short preview of its future services, such as BOX, SHOP, HEALTH, TRIP, and PARK, to bring a new level of digitalized convenience.

In addition, Lao also introduced the all-new QUBE App, giving users a swift and contactless way to access the Digital Smart Locker. QUBE App offers pre-booking and payment services, online security, support, and other personalized features.


Notable executives such as AF Payments Inc. President and CEO Jonathan Juan "JJ" Moreno, FOPM General Manager for Residential Managed Properties Ryan Mamaril, Lalamove Philippines Inc. National API Lead Razelle Mantala, Department of Tourism-NCR Regional Director Sharlene Zabala-Batin, and foodpanda Philippines Senior Operations Manager Prateek Jain were in attendance. They gave insightful speeches to showcase what QUBE can offer to Filipinos and the world.

QUBE also unveiled its new advertising company, Q Media, led by its CEO, Rainier Ponce. Q Media provides dynamic and innovative advertising, events, and digital solutions using the Digital Smart Locker and Pudu advertising robots.

The QUBE Digital Smart Locker Grand Launch showcased high-level innovation proudly designed by Filipino developers to digitalize the Filipino lifestyle and offer customers and merchants convenience and ease of use.
