Taka Minowa, husband of Jaja Santiago, to coach Nxled in PVL

Newcomer Nxled Chameleons have tapped the services of Japanese coach Taka Minowa to steer the squad in their upcoming Premier Volleyball League campaign next month.

Minowa boasts of a wide coaching experience, having been an assistant coach of the V.League team Saitama Ageo Medics, as well as a member of the Japan staff that competed in the 2022 AVC Cup for Women.

He was also known as the husband of Jaja Santiago, who currently plays for the JT Marvelous in Japan.

Joining Minowa in the coaching staff is Vilet Ponce De Leon.

The team, which hopes to make an impact in their debut appearance, is composed of Lycha Ebon, Camille Victoria, Krich Macaslang, Chiara Permentilla, Janine Navarro, Jho Maraguinot, Judith Abil, May Luna, Rachel Jorvina, Dani Ravena, Kamille Cal, and Maji Mangulabnan.
