Village dad nabbed in buy-bust

PITOGO, Quezon – Police arrested a barangay councilor in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Cabulihan here on Thursday afternoon, September 21.

The suspect was identified as Cezar Generale, 42, councilor of Barangay Cabulihan and considered a high-value individual (HVI).

Generale yielded three sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated value of P10,200.

He is detained at Pitogo police station and will be charged for violating Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
