SM Foundation provides medical care in Mindanao

BUTUAN CITY – SM Foundation's medical missions continue to provide free and accessible healthcare services to underserved communities.

A RESIDENT receives free vitamins and medicines at SM Foundation’s medical mission in SM City Butuan.

With its commitment to healthcare, it recently held medical and dental missions in Davao and this city, providing preventive medical care to over 1,000 beneficiaries.

AN elderly patient gets her blood tested for free at Watson’s Philippines’ medical mission in SM City Davao.

In SM City Davao, over 700 medical services were provided in partnership with Watsons Philippines, including X-rays, ECGs, glucose tests, cholesterol tests, uric acid tests, and hemoglobin tests.

On the other hand, over 800 medical services were provided in SM City Butuan.

SM Foundation was joined in this social good initiative by partners from DMIRIE Foundation (MX3), Butuan City LGU, Butuan City Health Office, and Philippine Red Cross-Agusan del Norte-Butuan City Chapter.
