'Animezing North: One Piece' is happening there

All aboard, Straw Hat crew!
SM North EDSA brings the “One Piece” crew on shore with a massive 21-ft tall Straw Hat Luffy for the Animezing North 2023 at The Block Atrium, SM North EDSA.
Illustrated by Japanese creator sensei Eichiro Oda, “One Piece” manga series debuted on July 22, 1997. From manga to anime, Sensei Oda has welcomed the fans inside the world of its meticulously crafted geopolitical plotline, influential characters, and intricately designed world-building. Twenty-six years later, the first live-action adaptation on Netflix was born and has taken the world by storm.

With its massive success across the globe, SM North EDSA, in collaboration with Toei Animation Enterprises and Funk, launches the third run of Animezing North featuring “One Piece.” In this limited-time event, fans are indeed up for threats that are hard to miss.
First, they will meet the Pirate King through a 21-foot-tall giant Straw Hat Luffy from Toei Animation Enterprises. This inflatable has been on tour in countries such as Japan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, and now it has come to the Philippine shores for the first time.
Fans will also have a great time taking pictures and videos from different set-design installations inspired by the show. The setup area is filled with five exciting photo walls from iconic scenes such as the Thousand Sunny, Pirates' Wanted Posters, Pirate Flag, the ship's deck, and even the other members of the Straw Hat crew.

Merchandised collectors can shop 'til they drop with the items from licensed brands like Funtastik, Bilmola, Toy Kingdom, Havaianas, Geek PH, Filbar's, and Coolectzone for they will sell exclusive “One Piece” merchandise ranging from toys to helmets, flip flops, and more.
The “Animezing North: One Piece” will be there until Oct. 8, 2023.
