In her keynote speech for the 2023 GEIS, Duterte took note of the benefits and challenges of digital innovation, underscoring the need to study its impact on the end-users and ensure that the systems put in place will work for all.
She also reminded leaders and experts in the summit that all their efforts must mold “productive and peaceful global citizens, equipped with 21st century skills, but with a heart for nation-building.”
