With this, the state-run weather bureau said that cloudy skies with scattered rain showers will be experienced in Palawan, Bicol Region, Visayas, and Mindanao.

PAGASA also observed cloud clusters as part of the ITCZ in the east portion of Samar which will be monitored for possible development of a Low Pressure Area (LPA).

In Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, partly cloudy to cloudy skies will be expected on Sept. 22 with chances of rain showers at night due to localized thunderstorms as reported.

In Visayas and Mindanao, cloudy skies with scattered rain showers due to ITCZ will still be experienced on Sept. 22.

Cloudy skies will be experienced in Metro Manila over the weekend due to the movement of the ITCZ, said PAGASA. (Lizst Torres Abello)
