In a Facebook post, the PCO named singers Alex Dagalea, Rommel Arellano, Bea Mae Sacramento, and Luke Dela Cruz as some of the singers who will serenade Filipino teachers in the third Konsyerto sa Palasyo (KSP) at Malacañan's Kalayaan Grounds on Oct. 1.

"These powerhouse vocalists are ready to sing out and give thanks to all the Filipino teachers who help shape the nation towards a Bagong Pilipinas," it said.

Dagalea is a teacher at De La Salle University. He was a choir member before becoming one of the Filipino performers for Hong Kong Disneyland and Universal Studios Singapore.

He represented Singapore and won bronze for Vocal Pop and silver medals for the Vocal Broadway and Vocal Contemporary categories at the World Championships of Performing Arts (WCOPA).

Arellano, a fish vendor and band vocalist from Padre Garcia, Batangas, became known for his rendition of Michael Bolton's power ballad "How Am I Supposed to Live Without You," which has now reached 1.4 million views on Facebook. He also joined “Tawag ng Tanghalan” Season 4.

Meanwhile, Sacramento and Dela Cruz from Baguio City continue to amaze viewers with their cover songs.

Sacramento has joined singing competitions such as "Tawag ng Tanghalan" and "The Clash," while Luke started his singing career as a contestant in "The Voice Kids."

According to the PCO, hundreds of Filipino teachers will be welcome to watch the concert, while the rest of the public can watch it via live streaming.

It said the concert will be "in honor of their relentless passion and dedication to educating learners in the Philippines and overseas—a vital aspect that is seen to serve as a strong foundation of our future."
