Meralco leads the charge toward a sustainable energy future

Meralco Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Ronnie L. Aperocho (third from left) shared his insights about a sustainable energy future at the 6th Annual Energy Forum, hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, Inc. (AmCham Philippines) on Sept. 14, 2023.

During the forum, experts in the energy industry from the government and private sector tackled new energy projects and initiatives, energy policies and regulations, and energy challenges in the private sector among others.

Aperocho, for his part, discussed innovations embraced by Meralco such as the Smart Grid program as well as the distribution utility’s sustainability agenda called Powering the Good Life
