It's the turn of Filipino teachers to get special treatment from President Marcos as he is set to host a concert for them in Malacañang on Oct. 1.

The date for the third installment of the Malacañan concert series was announced by the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) on Sept. 16.
It invited the public to jam to the music via Facebook Live, as the concert titled "Konsyerto sa Palasyo para sa Mahal Nating mga Guro" will be exclusive to teachers, similar to the previous iterations of the concert series.
"Isang gabing puno ng musika mula sa ating mga talentadong magtatanghal ang alay natin para sa ating mga pinakamamahal na mga guro (A night filled with musicfrom our talented performers are our gift to our beloved teachers)," it said.
The concert would be streamed live via the official Facebook account of Konsyerto sa Palasyo (KSP) and other State-run social media platforms.

The celebration, which runs from Sept. 5 to Oct. 5, aims to promote awareness and support for World Teachers' Day on Oct. 5 of each year.
The third Konsyerto sa Palasyo comes almost two months after the second concert on Aug. 6. It was dedicated to Filipino athletes.
In April, the President hosted the "Konsyerto sa Palasyo: Awit ng Magiting" for the personnel of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and their families.
