PAGASA: Partly cloudy weather with possible rain showers, thunderstorms across PH
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Saturday, Sept. 16 that partly cloudy to cloudy skies with localized thunderstorms causing rain showers at night will be experienced in Metro Manila and most of the country in the next three days.

In Metro Manila, Baguio City, Legazpi City, Metro Cebu, Metro Davao, and the rest of the country, in the next three days, we still expect that fair weather condition will prevail, but there are still chances of localized thunderstorms especially in the afternoon and night," PAGASA weather specialist Veronica C. Torres said.
Meanwhile, the southwest monsoon or "habagat" is still affecting the western portion of Southern Luzon according to PAGASA.
"Yung southwest monsoon o "habagat" ay patuloy pa rin 'yung epekto sa may kanlurang bahagi ng Southern Luzon (The southwest monsoon or habagat is still affecting western portion of the Southern Luzon)," Torres said.
And unlike the past days when we expected rain showers in western portion of the country, for today, we expect better weather condition in Metro Manila and the rest of the country with chances of localized thunderstorm especially in the afternoon and night)," she added.
