P3PWD Party-list nominee and proud kakampink Rowena Guanzon says she doesn't have intelligence funds, only sheer intelligence.

This was Guanzon's tongue-in-cheek pronouncement in an X post Wednesday, Sept. 13, which also had subtle references to President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.

"I turned 66. Dito ako nag birthday . Singapore sana pero walang intelligence funds. Intelligence lang meron (I celebrated my birthday here. I wanted to go to Singapore but I don't have intelligence funds. I only have intelligence)," she wrote.

Wednesday was the 66th birthday of Marcos, who flew to Singapore the same day for the 10th Asia Summit.

The photo uploaded by Guanzon showed her clad in a white suit at what appears to be an outdoor wedding set-up.

There's no denying that the aspiring congresswoman is smart, based on her credentials.

Guanzon took up economics at the University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman, and upon graduating there proceeded to earn her law degree from the UP College of Law, her Wikipedia page read. She graduated in the top 10 of her class and receiving a dean's medal.

She also holds a Master’s degree in public administration from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, where she was an Edward S. Mason fellow and class marshal.
