The Twister Fries can also be enjoyed as a solo item or as a free upgrade to any McDonald’s Large Meal with Fries, and is available starting Sept. 13 via Dine-In, Take-Out, Drive-Thru, and McDelivery, in Regular and Sharing sizes.
