There's nobody better for the job, Sandro tells dad PBBM on birthday

Ilocos Norte 1st district Rep. Sandro Marcos' birthday greeting to his father, President Marcos, could also double as an awesome pep talk.

Rep. Marcos took to his social media Wednesday, Sept. 13 to greet his old man on his 66th birthday.

With President Marcos well into the second year of his term, the presidential son now has a better grasp of what his father is going through everyday.

"Happy happy birthday pop! I know and have seen how having the weight of the country on your shoulders has proven to be extremely stressful, but I will always be of the belief that I can’t think of anyone better than you to handle the problems we face," Rep. Marcos said.

"Please know we will always be here for you and continue to support the reforms and plans you have for our country. It will always be a privilege to be able to call you my dad. Love you pop! Have a great one 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭," the younger Marcos said.

Rep. Marcos chose to upload a happy photo of him and his father during last year's campaign period to go with his birthday greeting.

Rep. Marcos, 29, is a senior deputy majority leader in the House of Representatives.
