Sharifa Akeel introduces first child with husband Toto Mangudadatu

Early this year, celebrity couple Sharifa Akeel and Toto Mangudadatu welcomed a new addition to their family, a baby girl.

On Facebook, the Miss Asia Pacific International 2018 uploaded pictures of her child, playfully saying: "Look who decided to show up! (heart emoji)."

She also posted a photo of them together.

"It's been a long road, and I finally get to see your face. I get to hold you in my arms, and you hold my heart in your tiny little hands," she wrote. "Welcome to the world, my heart and soul. (heart emoji)."

In the following days, the beauty queen continued to share more snaps of their newborn, introducing her to the public.

She wrote: "Assalamu Alaikum. Meet our bundle of joy, Princess Salwa Akeel Mangudadatu, born August 24, 2023 | 12:55 pm | 3.3 grams | 55 cm."

"Salwa whose meaning in Islam is SOLACE. One who provides comfort and brings happiness - something that will make you forget sadness and worries. Thank you for being our Solace. (heart emoji)."

The latest post from the 26-year-old first-time mom is a family picture.

In the caption, she emphasized how the birth of their baby girl brought them "solace" and "comfort" because she's "Allah’s manifestation of love and greatness."

"You are our everything, our bundle of joy, heaven's gift - borne out of love," she declared.

Earlier this year, Sharifa announced they were expecting.

She and the former congressman of the second district of Maguindanao got married in August 2021.
