Man shot dead in Quezon

CANDELARIA, Quezon – A 23-year-old man was gunned down in Sitio Baloloy, Barangay Masin Sur, this town, on Tuesday night, September 12.

Police identified the victim as Christopher Perez, alias “Kalbo,” a resident of Barangay Masin Sur.

Initial investigation said Perez was driving a motorcycle on the barangay road when a man appeared and shot him.

Perez sustained multiple bullet wounds and died in the spot.

Seven fired cartridge cases of unknown caliber were found in the crime scene.

Further investigation is ongoing.
