CAMP RAFAEL C. RODRIGUEZ, Butuan City – The Police Regional Office-13 has received brand-new mobile patrol cars and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) equipment.
These were immediately deployed to police units in the Caraga region.

PRO-13 Director Police Brig. Gen. Kirby John B. Kraft led the blessing and turnover of these Toyota Innova vehicles and ICT equipment composed of 29 desktop computers and two laptops here on Monday, September 11, under the Capability Enhancement Program for the Calendar Year 2023.
The turnover was witnessed by guest of honor and speaker, Police Brig. Gen. Antony B. Maghari, Regional Internal Affairs Service-11 director.
The mobility assets were issued to the Regional Training Center-13 in Lipata, Surigao City, Surigao del Norte, and the Regional Supply Accountable Office at PRO-13 headquarters.
The ICT equipment was turned over to the Metro Butuan City Police Office for distribution to its five police stations and mobile force platoons.
Kraft thanked the government for providing them.
“We thank the national government for granting us these vehicles and equipment which will be instrumental in the delivery of better services for the people,” said Kraft. “Rest assured that we will use these assets to enhance our performance both in administrative and operational functions.”
