Councilors' League confers Lifetime Achievement Award to Las Piñas councilor

The Metro Manila Councilors League (MMCL) recognized Las Piñas Councilor Luis “Louie” Bustamante with a Lifetime Achievement Award on Sept. 7.

Vice Mayor April Aguilar lauded Bustamante's Lifetime Achievement Award and thanked the MMCL for honoring his enduring commitment and exemplary contribution to local governance and community service.

Aguilar said Bustamante’s most significant contribution was his role as a former president of MMCL.

She also said the city government is very proud of all that Bustamante has done for the city.

The councilor was also a vice mayor to incumbent Mayor Imelda Aguilar.
