Ex-NPA wanted for murder falls

CUYAPO, Nueva Ecija – Police arrested a former member of the New People's Army and the Liga ng Manggagawang Bukid wanted for murder in Barangay Rizal, Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija on Sunday, September 10.

Jose Garbin Jr., listed as the most wanted person in the municipality of Cuyapo, was apprehended based on a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Virgin Rose Sharon Pagoso Guillermo-Encomienda of the Regional Trail Court Branch 32 in Guimba, Nueva Ecija.

No bail recommended for Garbin's temporary freedom.
    
The Police Regional Office-3 cited the arrest of the suspect.
