
A 14-year-old teen was found dead on the overhead roof of a warehouse in Barangay 104 in Tondo, Manila on Friday, Sept. 1.
The Manila Police District-Raxabago Station (MPD-PS-1) said that the boy was a resident of Capulong Street, Barangay 108, Tondo.
According to the narrative of the Bureau of Fire Protection-Emergency Medical Services (BFP-EMS), they were heading back to their base after responding to a fire incident when bystanders in the area informed them about the body of a kid.
Based on the initial report, the boy was allegedly electrocuted by the air conditioning that was installed on the overhead roof of the said warehouse.
The responding personnel immediately brought down the lifeless body of the boy, which they found beside the said air conditioner.
They also applied bandages to the boy's wounded head and brought his body to Sol's Funeral in Tondo.
The authorities said that they recovered pliers at the scene.
They are now conducting a follow-up investigation regarding the incident.
