Muntinlupa No. 4 most wanted person arrested

The police arrested a man who is listed as the No. 4 most wanted person in Muntinlupa on Aug. 8.

A joint manhunt operation conducted by personnel of the Muntinlupa police’s Alabang Substation, and Warrant and Subpoena Unit resulted in the arrest of Patrick Illarde Arcilla on San Guillermo Street in Barangay Bayanan, Muntinlupa.

Arcilla, who is tagged the No. 4 most wanted person of the Muntinlupa police for the third quarter of 2023, was apprehended based on a warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Wehrly Gutierrez-Mendez of the Muntinlupa Family Court Branch 8.

The warrant of arrest with no recommended bail was issued for Arcilla’s case of qualified rape under the Revised Penal Code and a bailable case of lascivious conduct.

He is detained at the custodial facility of the Muntinlupa police.
