Manila DRRMO to showcase city's disaster preparedness in WOSAS 2023

The Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO) will showcase the city's readiness and preparedness in emergencies and natural disasters during the World Of Safety and Security Expo (WOSAS) on August 9 to 12.

WOSAS is an annual event that features the latest innovations and technologies in the industry.

This exposition will take place at SMX Convention Center and will be attended by industry leaders, experts, and enthusiasts.

With over 10 topics, the four-day event aims to “create a safer and more secure world” and a platform for knowledge exchange, networking, and collaboration among stakeholders from various sectors.

The Manila DRRMO will also demonstrate its coordinated response strategies, utilizing the showcased safety and security technologies to illustrate how they can effectively mitigate potential risks and protect lives and property during challenging situations.

This year's expo will also feature companies in the safety and security industry, including Netic Philippines, Azimuth Corp., Hobby Dynamics, Delta Plus, and Activ8.

WOSAS will also launch the "The Circuit Gallery" or the dedicated area where visitors can interact with and experience live demonstrations of the latest safety and world-renowned equipment and solutions.
