The 25-year-old Tokyo Olympian struggled on the front nine by shooting two birdies against four bogeys, before posting two birdies against the same amount of bogeys at the back nine.
She finished with a four-round total of 285 after earlier rounds of 69, 76 and 69, 12 strokes behind eventual champion Jiwon Jeon of Korea.
The Filipina pocketed $5,719 (around P300,000) for the consolation cash purse.
Jeon carded a 1-under 71 for 273 to win the crown by three shots.
American Kristen Gillman came in second with 276 after posting a fourth-round 71.
Meanwhile, Dottie Ardina slumped with a 76 for joint 29th with a 290 total.
Ardina, who had earlier rounds of 70, 70 and 74, wrestled with three bogeys on the first five holes before finding her rhythm on No. 6 with a birdie.
But the 29-year-old encountered a double-bogey mishap on the par-4 11th hole, then followed it up with a bogey-birdie on 15th and 16th.
She went home with $2,850 (around P150,000).
