Caloocan City Mayor Dale Gonzalo "Along" Malapitan on Aug. 1,  led the blessing and turnover ceremonies of two new health centers in Phase 3 and 4 of Barangay 176, Bagong Silang.

The inauguration of the new covered court, four street light projects, and the groundbreaking ceremony for another health center was held in  Barangay 175, on Wednesday, Aug. 2.

Another turnover ceremony of a covered court and a street lighting program was also organized by city government in Barangay 178 on the same day.

Senator Bong Go, together with Caloocan City District 1 Representatives Oca Malapitan and District 2 Representative Mitch Cajayon-Uy, also graced the groundbreaking ceremony of the Super Health Center in Barangay 28 on Wednesday. This project was made possible through the city’s government’s partnership with the Department of Health's (DOH).

“Makikita natin na hindi pare-pareho ang pakay ng mga naitayo o sisimulan pa lang na proyekto. Merong para sa kalusugan, kaligtasan, at kahit para sa paglilibang ng mga Batang Kankaloo dahil hangarin po natin na lahat ng larangan, kaya nating bigyang prayoridad (We can see that the purpose of the projects that have been built or are about to be started are not the same. There is something for the health, safety, and even for the entertainment of the Batang Kankaloo, because we want to give priority to all fields)," Malapitan stated.

The city mayor assured the residents that his administration will promptly and effectively address various issues by continuing to develop new programs and projects.

“Hindi po tayo titigil sa infrastructure projects lamang. Asahan niyo po na mas marami pang proyekto at programa ang ilulusad ng pamahalaang lungsod upang tugunan ang mga suliranin na meron sa ating mga komunidad (We will not stop at infrastructure projects only. Expect that more projects and programs will be launched by the city government to address the problems that exist in our communities)," he said.

He also added that the goal of his administration is to bring services closer to the citizens so that they can feel better and feel the solutions they provided.
