Three Viva movies get multiple nominations for Famas Awards 2023

'Deleter'

Entertainment industry giant Viva has proven once again that it is synonymous to creating
quality entertainment for Filipinos.

Viva Films movie Deleter and VivaMax films Reroute and Greed have received multiple
nominations across categories for the 71st Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences
(FAMAS) Awards. The FAMAS Awards is one of the most prestigious award-giving bodies in
the Philippine entertainment industry.

'Reroute'

Techno-horror film Deleter directed by Mikhail Red, starring Nadine Lustre and Louise Delos Reyes, received eight nominations across both acting and technical categories, including Best Picture, Best Supporting Actress (Louise Delos Reyes), Best Director (Mikhail Red), Best Screenplay (Nikolas Red and Mikhail Red), Best Editing (Nikolas Red), Best Cinematography (Ian Alexander Guevara), Best Musical Score, and Best Sound.

VivaMax suspense-thriller Reroute directed by Law Fajardo and starring Cindy Miranda, John Arcilla, and Sid Lucero also received six nominations including Best Actor (John Arcilla), Best Supporting Actor (Sid Lucero), Best Production Design (Law Fajardo), Best Editing (Law Fajardo), Best Cinematography (Joshua Reyes) and Best Sound. The film has received good reviews for its technical editing and overall feel, proof that VivaMax produces quality projects that can be both sensual and creative.

Another VivaMax film, suspense-drama Greed directed by Yam Laranas, and also stars Nadine Lustre together with Diego Loyzaga received three nominations: Best Actress (Nadine Lustre), Best Actor (Diego Loyzaga) and Best Production Design (James Rosendal).

While her movie was not produced by Viva, recently-signed VAA artist Heaven Peralejo also
received a nomination for Best Actress.

Viva continues to produce top-quality films for the Filipino audience as it continues to expand its variety of offerings with projects from Viva Films, VivaMax, and recently-launched Studio Viva.

 Expect more award-worthy projects to come in the future, including Call Me Alma which is set to premiere in Cinemalaya this August.
