BUTUAN CITY – The Mindanao Development Authority said the Police Regional Office-13 received very high satisfactory remarks in a client’s satisfactory survey recently.
During the presentation of the survey results here on Friday, August 4, MinDA said the survey was held in the first semester of this year in Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Sur, Surigao del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Agusan del Norte, and Butuan City.
PRO-13 had an overall 88 percent satisfaction rating with 88 percent on trust and respect, 87 percent on security, and 86 percent on safety, the MinDA Public Relations Division said.
The outcome of the six-month survey was important in getting the feedback of the community vis-a-vis performance of the police officers on the ground, it added.
The PRO-13 thanked the people of the Caraga region for their satisfaction with the command’s services, from the command group down to the lower units.
“I am pleased to see that the majority of respondents expressed satisfaction with the quality of our services in the region,” PRO-13 Director Police Brig. Gen. Kirby John B. Kraft said.
“This is a testament to the commitment and professionalism that each PRO-13 personnel down to its lower units demonstrate on a daily basis.”
