Talim Island vloggers, musicians hold fund-raising for victims of Laguna Lake tragedy

Local musicians and several groups of video bloggers and content creators based in Talim Island are holding a concert for-a-cause for all the victims of the recent boat tragedy off the shore of the island in Binangonan, Rizal.
Several island-based musicians and brass bands are joining the concert to be held on August 5, Saturday, at 3 p.m. at the covered court of Barangay Janosa on Talim Island in Binangonan.
Various social media content creators had earlier led a fund-raising drive a few days after the boat tragedy struck off the shore of Talim Island on July 27, killing 27 boat passengers.
Joining in the musical fund raising events are Emcee Cop Tv; Laguna Lake TV; Talim Islander; SILA ISLA batang talim; ISLA DE TALIM; Taga Isla Ako -Talim Island; Sanga Monett;  Banda44 Original Janosa Binangonan Rizal Isla De Talim; BANDA 99; BANDA 11; KG6 Band Inc.; GSP Band; Banda 38; Banda 2 Bangad; and Banda 3.
Binangonan Mayor Cesar Ynares, Governor Nina Ricci Ynares, and Senator Robinhood Padilla were among the government officials who reached out to the families of the boat-sinking incident by providing financial and psycho-social assistance.
Bishop Ruperto C. Santos led the priests from the Diocese of Antipolo in a series of church-related activities in Talim Island.
