PRC to conduct special licensure exam for overseas Filipino teachers in Thailand
A Special Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers in Bangkok, Thailand, is set to take place on Sept. 24, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Friday, Aug. 4.
PRC said interested applicants may use its website's online application system to submit their applications until Aug. 24.
Examination fees will be accepted through authorized payment channels, the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), BancNet, G-Cash, and PayMaya.
Applicants must send a clear and scanned copy of the application documents to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) for processing and evaluation by the PRC.
The application documents include transcript of records, with or without a scanned picture and with or without remarks "for board examination purpose only;” valid passport; and four passport-size pictures with a complete nametag on white background.
The list of "conditionally-approved" examinees will be posted on the PRC’s official website.
PRC said the examination team must issue the individual Notice of Admission or NOA to the qualified applicants during the presentation of original documents on Sept. 21 to 23, where the venue will be announced at a later date. *(Sonny Daanoy)*
