"Appointments scheduled on the said date (Aug. 31) will be accommodated upon resumption of [its] operations on September 1, 2023," PRC wrote on its social media post.

PRC suspended its operation in all its offices and service centers over Metro Manila on Thursday due to continuous rainfall brought by the typhoon-enhanced southwest monsoon or "habagat."

"The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the temporary suspension of operations in all PRC offices and service centers within the National Capital Region (NCR) on August 31, 2023 (Thursday), effective 3:00 PM,"

Meanwhile, as per the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the "habagat" enhanced by three typhoons will prevail over Metro Manila in the next three days.
