By Sonny Daanoy
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Thursday, Aug. 31, announced the date of the online oathtaking of new physical therapists, occupational therapists, and professional teachers.

To be facilitated by PRC-Butuan on Sept. 15, the virtual oathtaking ceremony for new physical and occupational therapists will start at 9 a.m. via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
Meanwhile, new professional teachers' online oathtaking will be facilitated by PRC-Cebu on Sept. 7 at 10 a.m. and will also be conducted through Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

To register, attendees must secure an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph, then select "e-OATH."
PRC reminded the oath takers to register before the deadline, five calendar days prior to the virtual ceremony.
Meanwhile, inductees must wear formal or business attire and use a white backdrop (white physical or virtual background) upon attending the virtual ceremony.
Similar to in-person oathtaking, passers must also print the "Oath of Professional" form, which is downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.
For the "step-by-step procedure," PRC suggested attendees to check the "online oathtaking application system: https://www.prc.gov.ph/.../online-oathtaking.../4532."
