PRC sets F2F oathtaking of new real estate salespersons, landscape architects

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), on Thursday, Aug. 31, announced the date and venue of the in-person mass oathtaking of new real estate salespersons and landscape architects.

The oathtaking of new real estate salespersons will be on Sept. 8 in SM Megamall, EDSA in Mandaluyong City.

Meanwhile, the new landscape architects' oathtaking ceremony will be on Sept. 04 in Iloilo and Sept. 5 in Cebu.

Since the mass oathtaking will be conducted face-to-face, participants are asked to bring either a vaccination card or a negative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test performed 48 hours before the ceremony.

PRC noted that interested inductees must register at their official website before noon prior to the day of the ceremony.

At the same time, attendees are asked to bring their oath forms with the generated quick response (QR) code. This document will be submitted during the event to verify their attendance.

However, those unable to attend may request a special appointment or join the online ceremony, which will be announced once the schedule has been confirmed.

Inductees may proceed with their initial registration by securing an online appointment at the official website right after the ceremony.
