Angel’s Pizza, a brand owned by publicly-listed Figaro Coffee Group Inc. (FCG), has opened nine more branches in the last two months to bring its total number to 104 stores nationwide.
In a statement, FCG said it has so far opened 35 new Angel’s Pizza stores this year as it aggressively expands the brand which is its strongest revenue generator.
The rising pizza brand has recently opened highly-anticipated branches in key areas in Luzon and Visayas in July and August 2023.
Angel’s Pizza’s latest store openings are in Trece Martires in Cavite, Nueva Ecija, Tuguegarao, Rosario in Cavite, Lucena, Laoag, Baguio Palace Hotel, La Union, and Dumaguete.
The restaurant brand is seizing the moment when it comes to opening stores and expanding to more areas in the Philippines.
“Right now, we’re being aggressive in opening more and more Angel’s Pizza stores all over the country,” said Figaro Coffee Group’s Brand and Partnership Director Ace Azarraga.
He noted that, “throughout the last year, we have seen a rise in the popularity of Angel’s Pizza, with many people choosing it as their pasalubong and merienda, as well as sharing their Angel’s Pizza moments on social media.”
Azarraga also cited the highly successful acceptance of the local markets, even those from far-flung provinces, towards the brand.
“Every time we open a new branch, we always feel the immense love of the local community for Angel’s Pizza. We receive so many remarks from our customers about their anticipation for our store openings in their cities and towns. Their happiness and excitement really inspires us to reach even more Filipinos, especially those who are craving for Angel’s Pizza,” he said.
Angel’s Pizza plans to expand to more provinces to achieve this goal. Azarraga added that, “for the rest of the year, we will definitely be opening more branches in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao provinces. We hope to satisfy the cravings of all of our ka-Angel’s out there!”
Established in 2009, Angel’s Pizza is the fastest growing pizza brand in the Philippines and is part of The Figaro Coffee Group, a food conglomerate composed of a diverse roster of restaurants and food brands, such as Figaro Coffee, Tien Ma’s, The Figaro Group Online and Cafe Portofino.
