2 drug suspects arrested in Pasay buy-bust

Two drug suspects listed in the police drug watch list were arrested by members of the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) during a buy-bust operation in Pasay City, Wednesday night, August 30.

Col. Froilan Uy, Pasay city police chief, reported to the Southern Police District (SPD) the arrest of the suspects, identified as Jerry Musa, alias “Smila,” 52, and Kylle Jimwell Ricafort, alias “ Bading,” 22 who were both tagged as street value individuals.

The suspects were arrested at around 6:30 p.m. along Pasillo 2 Leonardo St., Barangay 61, Zone 8.

The police said members of the SDEU were able to confiscate from the arrested suspects eight plastic sachets containing shabu weighing about 8.10 grams and worth P55,080.

The SDEU also recovered from the suspects one black coin purse and the P500 buy-bust money.

The confiscated shabu was brought to the SPD Forensic Unit for chemical analysis.

The police said the suspects who were both detained at Pasay police custodial facility will be charged for illegal possession of drugs.
