Raging Bull honored with Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence 2023
The Shangri-La The Fort, Manila's specialty steakhouse continues to be the ideal destination for exquisite steaks and delightful wines

For the fourth consecutive year, Raging Bull Chophouse and Bar at Shangri-La The Fort has claimed the prestigious Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence for 2023. This recognition highlights the specialty steakhouse's commitment to providing the finest dining experiences with its quality meat sourced from sustainable farms and a comprehensive selection of wines, whiskeys, and barrel-aged cocktails.
To celebrate the achievement, Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, led by Resident Manager Mirko de Giorgi, recently hosted an intimate dinner at The Keep with friends from the media.

"We are here to celebrate our fourth consecutive Wine Spectator Award of Excellence,” Mirko exclaimed during the reception. “We are extremely proud and happy to receive this award. Currently, we are working on the new wine list, making some adjustments, and aiming to offer 300 labels in the end. We carefully select various vintages and wines to ensure the best possible dining experience for our patrons."
Raging Bull Chophouse and Bar is well-loved for its meat selection, and to complement the rich flavors of prime cuts, it offers an equally well-known beverage portfolio. “The restaurant has an elegant assortment of liquor and wine in particular, and when you pair it with our signature Josper-grilled steaks, then you can taste and say that it is truly where grit and grace take center stage,” he continued.
With the new recognition, the restaurant aims to further elevate its wine selection through thoughtful sourcing and partnerships, ensuring the best possible experience for their patrons. With an impressive array of selections from renowned vineyards in California, Bordeaux, France, Italy, and Spain, the restaurant caters to every palate.
