P233,000 shabu seized in Bacolod

BACOLOD CITY â€“ About 34.3 grams of suspected shabu worth P233,240 were seized from a drug pusher in a buy-bust operation in San Juan Tunga, Barangay 5, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental on Wednesday, August 2. Police Lt. Col. Jesus Mesahon, San Carlos police chief, identified the suspect as Reymund Dolino, 40, of Barangay Rizal. Mesahon said the suspect was previously arrested for the same offense and was released from jail through plea bargaining. But based on police monitoring, he allegedly continued engaging in the illegal activity, according to Mesahon. In fact, Mesahon said that Dolino was identified as the alleged source of illegal drugs recovered from a previously arrested drug suspect. Police recovered from Dolino the P1,000 marked money. He is a street-level individual, according to Mesahon.
