QC, Cavite to experience emergency water maintenance Aug. 29

Maynilad Water Services, Inc. has added more affected barangays in Quezon City and Cavite to their emergency service interruption on Tuesday, Aug. 29.

The service improvement activities are due to a power interruption at the Lamesa pumping station located in QC and network maintenance in Cavite.

These water disruptions are expected to commence during the late evening and will conclude tomorrow morning.

Below is the list of affected areas and their schedule:

Aug. 29 to 30, from 10 PM to 10 AM

Quezon City â€“ Brgys. Greater Lagro, Kaligayahan, Pasong Putik, San Agustin, Capri, Gulod, Nagkaisang Nayon, Nova Proper, San Agustin and Sta. Monica.

Aug. 29 to 30, from 8 PM to 6 AM

Cavite City â€“ Brgys. 32 to 35, 38, 38-A, 39 to 41, and 56

Water tankers will be deployed to assist and provide water supply to residents in these areas. In the meantime, Maynilad is urging households to begin storing water before the maintenance begins. (Gabriell Christel Galang)
