Filipino band Criminal Cinema releases music video for 'Apple'
Their song 'Apple' made its debut on Sept. 23, 2022
The much-awaited music video for 'Apple' by the Filipino band 'Criminal Cinema' was finally unveiled on August 26 at Balcony Music House.
Formed in 2020, Criminal Cinema consists of talented members Kelvin, Clark, Anthony, and Sam. Their song 'Apple' had made its debut on Sept. 23, 2022.
In addition to Criminal Cinema's performance, various Filipino bands graced the event, including CHNDTR, Figvre, Nemic, Halina, and One Click Straight.
During an interview, Gayle Oblea, the chief executive officer of Rolling Gum, the media company behind Criminal Cinema, shared that the occasion had three core aspects: highlighting Criminal Cinema's talents, providing insights into the world of Rolling Gum, and heralding the much-anticipated grand musical gala, Bobapalooza, scheduled for the following year.

Oblea also shared that their previous music festival had been sold out. Moreover, she unveiled their ambitious plan to feature international acts in their forthcoming music festivals slated for 2024, hinting at a promising future for the company and the Filipino music scene as a whole.
Central to Rolling Gum's ethos, according to Oblea, is their commitment to crafting unforgettable experiences for their audience. Their philosophy extends beyond merely presenting bands; it's about creating an immersive event where attendees are drawn not only by the performances but by the holistic experience itself.
