P4-M 'shabu' seized in Dasmariñas, Cavite buy-bust

CAVITE – Authorities seized 600 grams of suspected “shabu” in a joint buy-bust operation in Dasmariñas City on Saturday, Aug. 26.

The Cavite Police Provincial Office (PPO) identified the arrested suspect as alias Pangan.

Confiscated during the sting operation were several plastic bags containing a white crystalline substance with an estimated street value of P4,080,000.

Alias Pangan was brought to the Philippine National Police Drug Enforcement Group Special Operations Unit Region 4A (PDEG SOU 4A) at Camp Vicente Lim in Calamba City, Laguna.

The pieces of evidence were turned over to the Regional Forensic Unit.

In a statement, Police Regional Office 4A Director Brig. Gen. Carlito M. Gaces commended the operatives composed of PDEG SOU 4A, Dasmariñas City Police Station, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency 4A, Regional Intelligence Division 4A, Regional Intelligence Unit 4A, and Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group 4A for the successful operation.
