3 drug pushers yield P248,700 shabu

LA TRINIDAD, Benguet – Police seized suspected shabu worth a total of P248,717.48 from three drug pushers in Benguet on August 25.

Suspects were identified as Myler Ballosong, 31; Dave Wag-e, 37, and Myra Bugtong, 27.

The Benguet Provincial Police Office said Ballosong was arrested by the Buguias Municipal Police Station, 1st Benguet Provincial Mobile Force Company, and Regional Intelligence Unit-14 during the implementation of a search warrant at the suspect's residence.

Seized from him were three sachets of shabu weighing 10.86 grams worth P73,848, six sachets of liquid shabu with a volume of 24.1 milliliters and valued at P150,933.48, and 30 heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing shabu residue.

Wag-e and Bugtong were nabbed in Mankayan following information from a concerned citizen regarding the ongoing sale of shabu in Barangay Balili.

Suspects yielded three sachets of shabu weighing 3.52 grams valued at P23,936 and one rolled aluminum foil containing traces of shabu.
